Pricing + Fees
Our pricing structure allows flexibility in rates. We use “blocks” our clients can mix, match, or exclude to ensure affordability. We can stretch small budgets far and wide with our clients choosing whether to be billed weekly or monthly. All fees and costs are provided up front prior to execution.
Baseline Services
VARIABLE HOURLY RATE — This varies due to services needed and includes: Social Media Maintenance, Community Building, Digital Marketing & Strategy, Content Creation & Distribution, Blog Pitching & Outreach, Graphic Design, Basic Photography, Partnerships, Email Marketing, Website Updates, SEO/SEM, and more.
Add-Ons
VARIABLE HOURLY RATE — Add-ons include items such as Mobile Apps, Advertising Costs, Platform & Technology Costs, Partner Requests, Integrations & App Costs, Stock Imagery & Videos, Custom Music & Jingles, Videography & Photography, and more. Costs for these can vary greatly.
Reporting
FLAT MONTHLY RATE — If requested, reports are given at the end of each calendar month to demonstrate growth, analyze progress, and recognize weaknesses. This is typically a small fee charged each month.
PR
FLAT WEEKLY RATE — This includes: Press pitching (Print, TV, Radio), Media Training, and any onsite events such as appearances and interviews. Press kit development included with Standard Baseline Rate.
Web Development
VARIABLE PROJECT RATE — Web development costs depend on scope of project.
Rentals
VARIABLE HOURLY RATE — As part of our services we offer access to our recording studio or photo shoot and event spaces at very low rates.
Travel
VARIABLE HOURLY RATE — Any required travel and onsite meetings are subject to a travel fee, to be discussed.
